The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping always ensuring that I had everything I needed. the location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the Metro station and within walking distance of the Dongmen Market.
The hotel decor appeared outdated and could benefit from a renovation. The fixtures, rugs, and bathrooms were all in need of replacement.

Excellent ubication, very close to Metro. From there you can reach in 10 - 15 min Luohu Commercial area and less than 10 minutes seg Market. Is a walk distance to Dongmen area. Rooms are big (more than 30 m2), well isolated (noise proof). Breakfast, even if is chinese stile, is good for the money. At least one person on the staff spoke well english. Very helpfull. Food at the restaurant is good (chinese food) and fair prices.
A bit old stile hotel. Tv just chinese chanels. Important to account with more english speakers in the hotel staff.

Conveniently located near a metro station, making it super easy to get around. I parked right on-site, so no hassle there. Plus, it's really close to Xiangxicun Xiqu Buxingjie and Seibu Department Store – so plenty of options for shopping and exploring nearby! 🚇

Room was large, for a fair price, hotel looks old but nice,
I went on winter temperature in the room was 13 degrees centigrades (measured). I requested to solve the issue but they refused to turn on the heating system. They brought some extra covers and since i was working on my computer they offered gloves for my freezing hands (??). I had to leave the room in the middle of the night and cancel the reservation, since the temperature was incompatible with human life i easily found another room in the same area for a lower price (half the price), better staff service and perfectly functioning heating system.

Celebrating the new year at this hotel was a wonderful experience. the staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. the room was clean and comfortable, with fresh linens and towels provided daily. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation. We also enjoyed the delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant.
The hotel could use some updates and renovations, especially in the bathroom. the noise level in the corridors could also be a bit disruptive at times.

Convenience. Located near shopping and train station. Good value for money.
Service staff at the reception, check-out and Japanese restaurant were not friendly. Should learn how to smile and make guests feel welcome.

the room was spacious and had a clean bathroom. There were also several amenities available, such as a restaurant serving delicious food and a metro station close by. the hotel provided slippers in the room, which was a nice touch.
The carpets in the hotel were not properly cleaned and could use some improvement.

Other than the basics of the staff being pleasant, and the hotel being in a reasonable location, I liked very little.
Freezing cold room, no heating available. Quite unacceptable. I stayed in a large hotel in communist Moscow in the 1970's, and this place reminded me of it.
